I got my brand new 17 r3 with i7 6820hk 980m 8gig. I am getting 7502 on stock. I have selected high performance and have updated drivers and win10. Not sure what's going on in get good number on cpu with it being between 10000-11000 though graphics just in mid 8000 resulting in getting 7502 from fire strike. What could be going on and how could I fix it?

Have not connected my GA and 980ti to run Firestrike yet. Wanted to get the other fixed first

    Thanks, Here's my results:

I'm about 800 more than you and not sure why. The only real difference is the driver version. I also see our gpu clocks are different, but yours looks like it just checked while in use, mine while idling. I'm assuming you didn't OC anything.

Not on that one. I wanted to run pure stock and see what it was. To me that still seems low, could be wrong. I ignorantly used XTU on one attempt and got it to 7598 but that is not much of a gain. I have not attempted to OC the GPU as I dont know how to work with Razor's program correctly

At least the CPU is fine, so that means there's a problem with the GPU.
Roll back to either the Dell driver or a pre-360 Nvidia driver. See what difference that makes (use DDU to uninstall your current Nvidia driver).

Do you have the latest BIOS?
Made sure nothing else or very little is running in the background when running 3DMark?
    Did a different 3DMark test (like 3DMark11)?
How did you uninstall the Nvidia drivers?
