    Hello everyone!

I just got the new Alienware 15 and most of my games are being played using the integrated graphics card. I've checked on a lot of posts that say to go into the control panel, disable to intel GPU and it will default to the Nvidia card. Mine defaults to some Microsoft card.

Any help would be appreciated. I have the new 15 with the 6th gen Intel i5 CPU, Windows 10 and Nvidia 965M.

This is similar to the problem I encountered while on the phone with tech support about my keyboard not responding. Turns out your issue is common and they will replace the computer. Call tech support and see what happens, I have a new one in the build process already (recieved my computer on october 12th, it died october 31st)

I believe that installing GeForce Experience and letting it look for the best driver would solve the situation without having to call in.

I called them and they said everything is working fine. Maybe I expected more from this computer. When having CRYSIS test it out, it gave me a medium level graphics.

Maybe it was just detecting the Intel graphics because of the age of the game, or is CRYSIS just that much of a BEAST!?

No, Crysis is no beast. Did you install GeForce experience?

I would download the latest intel graphics drivers for your cpu from the intel website and download latest nvidia drivers from nvidia website. Then remove both intel and nvidia drivers , install Display driver uninstaller, run it boot into safe mode, and remove reminants of both drivers. Then install intel driver first followed by reboot and install nvidia driver.
