Hello,
As the subject says my game crashes during the startup so i was wondering if anyone else have had the same problem as if they could share how they solved it. I made a post about this on the game forum but no luck there:

This is from my post on marvel heroes forum:
i just downloaded the game and started for the first time to test my new Alienware 15 and sadly it crashed after some loading time.
I just see a generic message saying "a problem caused the program to stop....". I tried to find a log in game folder but there is none from what i can tell.
Not sure what i can do? please help!
My Alienware is an i7 4710HQ / 980m (latest nvidia driver) / 16GB ram.
i have not Antivirus enabled or any other program open at the same time. I actually have a clean Win8.1 installation at the moment.

I downloaded the client from their homepage so from the source i would say. The client downloads all the rest.

That i have not tried but its sad i would need to do that really.
Anyway i just tested the compatibility mode set to win8 (down from 8.1) and its doing copy/reserve space and lastly its right now downloading 1GB data......so this might do the trick

Did you contact Gazillion (in game support) and setup a trouble ticket. They are really good at helping out with these problems.

Yes posted on the support forum which i thought was the correct way but after posting on facebook complaining about the lack of support i got a message that i should email them at
[email protected]
So now i have a ticket number and waiting for further help from them. Still its pretty bad that their technical support forum is not monitored. i was hoping someone would answer fast. Been waiting for several days now.There are others in facebook having the same problem as i do so. I really cant see what the problem can be, i have a highend GPU/CPU/RAM, latest driver, fresh install, nothing to disturb the game :/
