After the system start(WIN 10) fans is blown (single time for each side), and for a while at that time freezes the system.

The rest of the works OK, the device manager all the drivers are OK.

    What's happening?

single side blowing test is usually done only on EPSA dell diagnostics test.. it checks ur fan RPM at both sides, but on windows 10 loading.. kinda weird, which model are u using btw.. and do u have any dell diagnostic softwares installed..

The system is factory windows 10. "test" fans and suspension system at this time is carried out after every boot win10. a few minutes after starting the system. What soft dell is responsible for that?

i was asking about ur model no.. like alienware 15, or alienware 17 etc, there should be a software which runs diagnostics for dell online support, im not quite sure whats the name, just uninstall any dell bloatwares from ur system and try again, or do a fresh BIOS reset along with windows 10 fresh install..

try uninstalling dell assist or something like that, and download the alienware 17 R3 bios from dell website and flash it, if still the fan kicks in try to boot in safe mode, that would verify if its the softwares causing fan to kickin or the BIOS itself.. good luck..

That is completely normal with the newer BIOS installs. They will randomly check the fans upon boot up. Nothing at all wrong, don't worry about it.
