Can anyone recommend a PSU for my Alienware 13? I like to have an extra one for all my laptops. If there is a cheap universal one that will work, all the better. TIA

Depends on what other laptops you have. The 130w PSU that came with your laptop should be fine. I have heard the Dell 90w PSU works, but it's a risk to use it as the laptop does consume about 90 watts.

Due to the ID pin dell uses you will be far better off with an original.

+1 to that. A DELL adapter will cause no issues and no harm.

    Will the 130W "Dell Slim Power Adapter" work (Manufacturer Part# : TX73F, Dell Part# : 332-1829) on the 13?

Any dell PSU with the right tip size should work.

    I'll rephase my question...
Does the 130W "Dell Slim Power Adapter" work (Manufacturer Part# : TX73F, Dell Part# : 332-1829) have the correct tip for the 13?
    ;)

I would expect it to work, but I don't like how the product page only lists 2 compatible products.

Well if you look up the part number you get a tip size of 7.4*5.0 mm. Check this against your own :)
