Go to the BIOS, there was an option called usb recovery or something along those lines...turn it on/off or opposite of what it is now and try the USB installer after that

    Alternatively

Hit F12 on boot to access boot menu. Here you can boot from device
Hit F8 to access advanced boot options. Should also allow to boot from device, or preform system restore I think.

In F2 BIOS, you can change boot order of devices if USB recovery or Restore boot is not an option

Guessing disk clone failed. Fresh OS reload. Hope you backed up your data or know how to recover it!

I was finally able to get back to windows. I had to press F2 setup go to advanced scroll down to sata operation and change from raid on to ACHI then save and exit, restart. Then the cloning began and the ssd boot drive was copied. Once restarted I went back into set up and changed it back to raid on saved and restarted again booting into windows with no problems and everything was as before. I have not installed the new cloned ssd as of yet.
