    Hello everybody,
I have been working on this thing for hours now on my precious Saturday. Anyways, I have compiled every issue I faced with my Alienware 17 R2. A word document is attached, feel free to check it out. I have demonstrated 4 problems:
    1. CPU Throttling YouTube
    2. PM851 SSD slowdown YouTube
    3. Battery Dying
    4. Current Limit BIOS flaw YouTube
    Screenshot (4).png Screenshot (3).png
I have PROOF for each of them. I made YouTube videos. I just e-mailed Michael DELL and CC'd Frank Azor and many other DELL executives, although most of those executives couldn't receive my mail. I got errors. Head of DELL and General Manager of Alienware probably won't reply but I did it anyways. What would you suggest me in terms of getting this info to somewhere?

I cannot call DELL US since I am in Turkey. I will try my chances with the DELL Turkey but I don't have high hopes for that.

good job there, i myself recorded more than 10 videos along with screenshot and took it to the product development manager of alienware in DELL HQ india, and met him personally and showed him everything, even for him it was hard to believe, because he writes BIOS as well, a part of it atleast.. but as per company rules he is not allowed to support my case, but he did break the rules, and helped me get a Alienware 15 R2 finally.. You should do the same, get in touch with the higher authority person.. def not the tech persons.. good luck.. you can take my videos on youtube as well..

Depends your country. Here in holland it was quite easy to receive a replacement after talking with tech support, this is after 2 technicians screwed up my system.
