    1) use diskpart and run the CLEAN command on both of them. From the Windows partition selection wizard, press SHIFT + F10 to get the Command Prompt

    2) If they still don't show up, change the BIOS from RAID to AHCI, save and exit

    3) Enter BIOS again, load setup defaults (last tab) then save and exit

    4) Re-enter BIOS, change AHCI to RAID then save and exit

    5) Re-enter BIOS then scroll down to the end (Intel Rapid Storage Technology) then see if you are able to create a RAID Array out of them.

Awesome i did the diskpart earlier seems like they were visable again in AHCI, but seem to disappear back in RAID, might have to stay this way maybe

Some NVMe drives only support AHCI and will not be available for inclusions in a RAID membership. This is a limitation of either the NVMe controller chip or firmware, but as far as I know there is nothing you can do to change that.

Wait, are you saying they don't appear in RAID as in the BIOS or when trying to install Windows? If it's the latter, then you simply need to put the latest IRST RAID Driver on the Windows 10 USB Flash Disk and load the driver once you're at the partition screen then they'd show up but if they don't even appear in the BIOS then I dunno.

Alright thanks for saving me actually have them showing up AHCI but nothing i do will make them show up the bios summary or rst in RAID, Suppose these Toshiba's are firmware locked or something like Mr Fox said.

    Thanks

one weird thing tho the guy who owned these drives said they were in a raid array, and i know i step by step diskparted them, so maybe 4tb 2x2tb raid 0 isn't supported on the 51m?
