Refund takes 7-10 business days from the day they receive the computer? how accurate is this, mine has been 8 business days since they received the laptop still nothing on my credit card, Crazy

I don't understand your question. They say 7-10 days and it has only been 8. Perhaps wait until the 10th day and if nothing call Dell and find out what the hold up is.

I'd also call the bank or who ever issued your CC. Some of them are slow or lag in reporting on this stuff. Sometimes you can call them and they will kick it through faster, or just credit you faster (if you have a good relationship with them).
Meaning, it is possible it is not on Dell's end.
I would talk to both sides.
If I were in your shoes and missing $2K+ (guessing), I'd want it back ASAP too.Dilanio likes this. -
Thanks, I spoke to dell again today and said they havent get approval from receiving team yet while the laptop has been delivered to them according to tracking -

Been 10 business days = no refund on credit card, checked with dell they said its not refunded yet to credit card
