    It isn't listed as one of the compatible devices. We haven't tested it either.

    I'm suprised you guys havent test this for alienware user

    anyway I did the work, anyone who is interested, it does not charge the Alienware 13 at all, the unit come on for a few second then shut off...I thought it was a bios issue but I flash from 04 to 00 and still did the same thing...the strange thing is, it works great on my M17x R3....anyway this was test with the 12000mah and 18000mah
