    I'm posting this here because people frequently take to the forums to complain when companies don't do justice to their customers, but rarely to compliment them on a job well done.

    I've been purchasing only Dell laptops for the past 8 years, and here's another reason why.

    My UHD screen suddenly started showing a vertical line on it while I was using it. Tried restarting, it didn't go away. I immediately knew it was a hardware fault.

    I immediately called tech support (this was on 18/4), and after 20 minutes of diagnostics the tech representative scheduled a service to replace the part. On the morning of 20/4 the service engineer visited my house with the part, and replaced it with a new Sharp display. It took around 10 minutes.

    Dell India has never let me down with their service standards, they are simply awesome. Alienware Premium Support indeed feels very premium, with 24/7 support and instant connection to the representative with no waiting time at all. They follow up after the service request to ensure that your issue is really solved, and respond to all emails within a few hours. Kudos, keep it up!
