    hi
Can anyone let me know what settings to use to get an accurate colour profile? Or an ICC file? I have a Sharp 4K display and haven't found anything to give the right profile. Think my display curnretly has a yellow tinge.

    Thanks

I have the same screen as yourself and have been through 3 models due to light bleed and heat issues. When I had them all I lined them up and the latest one is much more colour accurate and more "white". Next to my first one the early one was much more "yellow" as you mnetioned.

I'd be curious to have some calibration profiles too. I have not tried to mess with my settings as I find the screen to be quite good in stock form. One thing I have noticed is that when I switch from iGPU to the nVidia GPU (1070) it seems to be brighter and to my eyes, have slightly better quality. It just seems sharper and just a tad more saturated. Although, this could be placebo effect....

Anyhoo, I though I would post my screen info and hopefully if we keep this thread alive someone with the proper hardware will be able to calibrate a similar screen and share the ICC profile...

Thanks for this. Definitely keen on keeping the thread alive! Interesting what you mentioned about the 1070 being active rather than the integrated graphics. Will have a look if I notice anything on that front later. Will post my screen info when back home

While it might get you some of the way there to use someone else's profile, all screens are different so for best results it really needs calibrating.
