I am trying to uninstall the driver via apps&features but I get an error saying:
    "There was a problem starting
    %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynISDLL.dll
The specified module could not be found."
But when I check that folder that DLL file is there. I am trying to update the driver to the one dell has released on 30rd July but as I said I cannot uninstall the current driver. By the way this is very odd because I just did a clean install of Windows 10. How can this driver be on my computer? Very strange.

You and use the command line version from an administrators shell
    rundll32.exe "C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynISDLL.dll",standAloneUninstall

Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 10 and i'm having a crazy issue with my Synaptics driver software. My touchpad on/off button flashes enable/disable like crazy. I try uninstalling from the add/remove program screen but I'm getting this same error message.

How do you do the command line version from administrators??

    thanks

Type CMD on start, right click- Run as an Administrator.
