My M just arrived yesterday and I am concerned there might be an issue with the RTX 2080. In MSI Afterburner (as well as Precision X and AWCC) I am unable to adjust the power limit slider, or access the manual fan controls. I am able to adjust the system fan controls in AWCC, but that’s it.

I’ve spent several hours cleaning and reinstalling drivers with no success and am growing frusterated, however, I’m wondering if I am missing a key piece of info here...does anyone have access to these functions or are they locked out by design?

I think the GPU power limit might be locked on mobile cards. I am not able to change the power limit on my 2060 mobile GPU. That being said, you should be able to hit 100% of the power limit maximum allowed in the vBIOS.
