Anyone have details for a Dell sales rep in Europe?

Several years ago when I lived in UK I bought my M18x and M11x through a Dell sales representative. I got the email from these forums. He was able to give me a bit of a discount on both purchases, ended up cheaper than the website price.

It's time for an upgrade, but I have since moved to Latvia and it doesn't seem to be possible to order the latest spec Alienwares here directly. Makes sense since the market is so small, but I really want one.

The closest countries that sell them online are Sweden and Germany, but they don't ship outside the country. So I was thinking maybe it's possible to order through a representative? Does anyone have any contact details?
If they can't ship directly, I'd have to order it to some relatives in Sweden I guess, and they could forward it.

I'm hoping the hardware warranty will still apply and even if they couldn't send out a technician to my house here I could send the system in for repairs.

Did you manage to find any retailers or Dell sales agent to help with the sale? I am currently in a similar situation and based in Portugal.

Unfortunately no, I ended up buying from Dell website in Sweden when they had a sale and had my friend forward it to me.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Do you have any idea if the warranty is valid outside Sweden? As in, is it valid in mainland Europe?

I will find out soon. They might want to replace the heatsink. I'm hoping they will at least mail it out to me even if there is nobody locally "certified" to install it. There are instructions on the Dell website, aren't there? :D

Or I might have to do the warranty transfer thing. There are Alienwares sold here, so they must have some technical support, just not the latest models, that's why I ordered to Sweden.
