    @Alienware-L_Porras Can you confirm that the thermal / power / current throttling issues that have plagued the Alienware 15 R1 & 17 R2 have been resolved in the R2/R3?

    Obviously these types of things are not always noted or advertised. However in my case it would help me make a proper decision about purchasing a new system. I want these things resolved on this R1 but it seems that with new revisions out the more that time passes means less and less of a chance they will be worked on by engineering. Please if you could find out for us. Its only fair and respectful to those customers that have been loyal for so many years.

    I will look into that as soon as we get the first couple samples down here. We haven't got the chance to test them as of now.
