So I bought an Alienware 15r3 back in Spain but im currently working in Mexico. Im having these random 1 second freezes during gaming so I sent them a ticket and they only told me to phone I number that I cant have access to. Completely useless

Is there a way to contact dell support Mexico via online?

Not sure about your question but I reckon I know what the problem is. Poor contact between the heatsink and VRMs. You'll need to check the pads and slip in some k5pro to fill in the gaps as a minimum

Try disabling the kionix free fall sensor.
