My laptop came with the stock ssd boot, and a 1tb hdd. I want to upgrade my boot ssd with a Samsung 960 Pro. I tried using the Samsung migration program but it only picks up the hdd and not the stock ssd. Then I tried to update the Samsung drivers but it can't be found, but it can be found in the bios and in the computer management. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. and thanks to @iunlock for the 15C temp drops.

Disconnect HDD physically. change the AHCI operation from RAID to AHCI. Before changing AHCI, please configure the system to boot into safe mode and do the cloning.

Alternatively use Macrium Reflect to copy the entire disk in RAID mode and copy it to destination drive.

Thanks it worked great. after looking into the drives more I noticed dell screwed up. I thought my start ups were pretty slow, I bought the pc with ssd boot and a hd, well dell had the boot running off the hdd and not the ssd like it was supposed to be. Thanks again!
