    Hello everyone,
As i have written in the thread title, i am having problems with my wifi especially. When i open my laptop, it works as usual. Then when it goes to sleep or restart it, it gives this error "the device cannot be started/there is no device as connected."
İ have tried reinstalling drivers from Intel, Dell. Then i have cleaned up all the things on the laptop and formatted it. First hours after reinstalling the Windows, everything was working okay. I have restarted it multiple times, put it on the sleep. No problem. Then i don't know what happened and it has started to repeat those problems. Even i have talked a rep from Microsoft and they said there is nothing they can do more.
I have installed drivers from Dell site. Didn't install unnecessary apps like Alienware Mobile, Support Assist...
I thought now, maybe it can be an hardware problem. Ironically same card who gives WIFI capabilities to device, doesn't create any problem with Bluetooth.
Also even though i have guarantee, i have damaged a plastic on motherboard so it is still working but i had to put a sticky band to make it stabled on the board. So guarante is not an option any more.
So i am just asking you guys, if there is sth you can suggest. Thank you for all the messages.
