    Hi,

    with Alenware command center,
i can set tactx keys to decrase or increase sound,
    for example:
tactx key 7 is set as FN F3 (mute)
tactx key 8 is set as FN F4 (decrease sound)
tactx key 9 is set as FN F5 (increase sound)

    that works fine.

now, i would like to set other tactx key for brightness

    one for FN F9 decrease
    another for FN F10 increase
that does not work entering keystroke FN F9 or FN F10 as a tactX key .

Please, how to do that ?

You cannot unfortunately; I just use the 1min inactivity timer
