    Hi all
just got my alienware m17 R2 and when i tap the trackpad of the machine , it feels like the trackpad is a bit loose/raised up. when i tap it , it makes a rattling noise as if it is not seating in its place.
when i try to scroll up and down in chrome/explorer , the movement is very laggy, UNLESS i use my left hand finger to hold the trackpad, and scroll with the right hand , then it works fine.
Any suggestions if thats the quality of the trackpad or I might have received a faulty unit ?

I think I have the same issue on my a51m, where it's like 2 peaces of plastic touch when tapping... I can live with it, but it's a less than desirable tactile feeling.
