    Alienware Logo not lighting up

    So a guy from dell came to replace the panel of my 17r4, but apparently he broke the lighting of the Alienware text logo, below the screen. Also i noticed that the area below the screen gets pretty hot.

    Next time they come and repair it again make sure you check every single thing before he leaves. Those techs are butchers and unfortunately most of them get paid pretty good morning to have very little to no knowledge on rapists
