Last year I had a problem with my older Alienware and they fixed in about a week. They just sent me a replacement. This year with their new laptop I updated the bios because Dell said I needed to and it fried my computer. This was on 1 September. They sent a tech after 2 weeks to my location who is absolutely horrible scratched up the laptop, pride open the laptop with metal screw drivers and scratched it all up. After all of that the tech was unable to fix it. Dell insisted that I send it to them. I sent it, and it is now at Dell last Friday, they promised me that I would get my laptop this week. Well parts are on backorder of course. It is been an absolute nightmare working with Dell warranty. I don't get it last time I was so impressed now it's just disgraceful!!!!

The tech snapped the ribbon cable and hide it from me. He just said he could not get the laptop to work. Lol.
