I just bought a new keyboard 768 model, everything turns out to be just fine until I noticed that this thing need CC from that god damn CC5.0 and after installing it got conflicted with the original one. Cost me almost 3-4 hours to fix those mess.
I messaged them that: Hey, please at least implement peripherals features to the old AWCC so I don't have to poking-around between two versions? Pretty please?
I'm quite sure they will say:"We don't deal with that and left me alone with 2 Mashed up together.
Overall the new keyboard is half-work/half-not, buggy and delayed. But yeah, next time I will choose some other brand instead.
And one more thing is: https://twitter.com/Alienware/status/1025154381862395910
I hope Alienware would use more brain matters next time. Don't get me wrong, this one triggered me a lot.
