I agree with this sentiment actually. The users are buying from Hidevolution and not Dell directly (there is no option here in the UAE to buy from Dell) so its Hidevolution who should be blamed for sending us the faulty system or they as a Dell reseller should contact Dell privately and try to fix this mess. Or, if they care a little but about their reputation should stop selling this system altogether.
