Hi, I have a list of all the drivers I found in the dell website using my service tag and I don't know which is for the USB driver. Can anyone help me out please. I want to reinstall it. I have been having issues with my laptop and phone. I have a samsung note 4 and everytime I connect it to my laptop it disconnects randomly. This has been happening when I was still on Windows 8.1 and now on Windows 10. I was even hoping after a clean install of windows 10 and installing all the drivers would fix my problem. Basically I already did install all this drivers on the list of dell website but I did try uninstall all the Universal Serial Bus Controllers manually. Restarted my computer and Windows 10 automatically install the drivers for USB. Now I want to install it using the driver from dell website. Does anyone know which it is specifically? Here's the list:

    Application_52C12_WN32_3.1.3300.0_A00(Dell Foundation Services Application Win10)
    Application_2J26D_WN32_3.1.1002.0_A00(Dell Digital Delivery Application Win10)
Application_5N27G_WN64_1.0.27.0_A02(Alienware External Graphic Amplifier Software Win10)
    Application_JCV8X_WN64_4.0.54.0_A02(Command Center 4.0 Win10)
    Audio_Driver_483TY_WN32_1.1.0_A00(Creative Malcolm chip+Recon3Di AP Driver Win10)
    Alienware-13_Chipset_Driver_NHJ0R_WN_10.0.20_A00(Intel HM87 Chipset Driver Win 8.1)
    Chipset_Driver_7MF8P_WN_6.3.9600.21249_A00(Realtek RTS5227 Card Reader Driver Win 8.1)
Chipset_Driver_V42WJ_WN_8.0.10100.71_A00(Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver Win8.1)
Chipset_Driver_KVW38_WN_10.0.30.1072_A00(Intel Management Engine Interface Driver Win 8.1)
    Input_Driver_756GC_WN64_19.0.15.2_A00(Synaptics Touchpad Driver Win 10)
Network_Driver_90M6T_WN_1.4.1_A00(Dell Airplane Mode Switch Driver Win 10)
System-Utilities_Driver_TGP2J_WN_1.1.2.8_A00(Kionix Free Fall Sensor Driver Win 8.1)
I installed the network driver using the one from Killer website.
I installed the graphic drivers from Nvidia website and Intel website.

Oh I also tried all my usb cables new and old. I was working on my friends laptop. He had a HP laptop. Didn't had any issues at all. I was even able to flash my phone with his laptop. So I'm assuming its not my phone. right? HELP ME PLEASE. Thanks.
