Have anyone here tried using Linux with the alienware 17? If so, how was your experience? This is going to be the deal breaker for me

I still waiting for ubuntu to support new wifi driver, I install ubuntu 15.04 and using modified kernel and driver for 1525 at the moment, but the overheat is a known problem. Although I can control CPU fan, but have no idea how to control GPU fan.

Ubuntu 14.04 can install but won't boot for me, no idea what happen. But ubuntu 15.04 is working. Only down side is wifi driver missing.
