So I had an issue with my keyboard it working on my 17 r4 and was sent a "brand new exact replacement". However, my old one had what looks to be dual webcams with a larger bezel around them. The new one looks to only have 1 camera. What is the difference between these and which one is "better" if any?

I need to know so that I can make sure my replacement is just as good as my old one.

It looks like the tobii eye tracking suite is located at the bottom of the screen below the Alienware lettering. I'm not sure if this is a newer or older design because the location under the screen is very distracting and hurts my eyes after a while when looking at the keyboard.
