So...upon getting this i didn't mind the 7700hq cpu knowing it cant be oced only undervolted, but what i was hoping for was to get a lot out of the 1070 and right now with Samsung memory on the 1070 i only can oc the ram to +250 before getting artifacts, and my core to +200 and on 3d mark firestrike 1.1 the highest gpu score i got was 19050 http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/21520298? so im hoping for a way to unlock the 1070 or just figure out what could be wrong? because i know i should be getting more out of it than that, i am aware 1070s have a 150 tdp limit until some kinds 170w unlock....

any help will be appreciated ty!

What is your combined score? I've seen overclocked scores between 14000-15000 for the 1070.

What exactly is the TDP on your 1070? Do you know for sure it's 150W? I wasn't aware of *ANY* laptop 1070 that came stock with 150W, because that's *desktop* card TDP.. Desktop cards have 151W (stock-100%) to 170W (112%) TDP, with the MSI Afterburner slider, although some with factory signed modded Bioses may go higher.

My laptop 1070, set to 150W with a Bios mod, and overclocked to +250/+500, scores 20350-20500 on the GPU score. So I don't think yours is 150W.
