I have no sound through the speakers and the subwoofer. When i plug in headphones or connect HDMI cabel to tv, the sound work. Everything on the system seems normal.
I tried with a new drivers, new Windows, no change. I run the Dell diagnostic test from BIOS, problems were not found, but when i test the speakers they don't work. I opened the laptop and everything seems normal. The speakers are connected to the motherboard.
Could the speakers and the subwoofer be gone?
    Please, give me suggestions!

If ePSA says Speakers not working then its probably dead. Did you update the driver recently and suddenly got this issue? If so, rollback the drivers.

What is eSPA? The problem is not in the drivers.

Ok, thanks. Yes, even in Dell diagnostics test , they do not work. But the test does not find errors. It possible to solve the problem with Bios flash?

I recommend measuring the resistance of the speakers. Or just chime their chains. if they do not squeak and there is no resistance, they do not work
