Hi, I have a problem with my AW 17 R2. I bought it with a bricked Mainboard. It turns on and off with black screen. I installed a new Mainboard from an 15 R2 with I7-4720HQ and 970m. Everything worked until I will install the Nvidia driver. It freezes completely during installation or at the end or after the reboot. I tried in UEFI and legacy windows 10. the order I installed the driver is in the pic. Maybe someone has a solution or is the 970m faulty?

Looks more like corrupted SW packages. Try Dell drivers for intel and nvidia. I had same issue on 15 r2 where I had random stuttering even on decade old games like Kotor1/2 and also new games like Hitman 2, Witcher 3 modded edition, GTA 5 even on latest drivers.
