    How long does it take for Dell to deliver the computer to UPS?

    I have ordered a 15R3 on the 8th and it was built last week and shipped, but the UPS tracking says "Agent collctn; in transt to UPS facility" since early Friday. Is this normal, or has UPS or Dell lost the package?

    Exact same thing. since early Friday,...I don't think both of our laptops are lost, just that they have a crappy tracking procedure because clearly our packages missed some barcode scanning.

    The Status wont update until it arrives in ur country... at least thats what happend to all my aw orders before. Usually 1 week from shipped to arrive in germany

    I ordered mine on the 8th as well, but the status hasn't changed at all. Current order status is confirmed with an ETA of 11/3.

    Just got an update from Dell. The reason Dell provided me for the slow moving progress on my system is lack of supplies.

    Rather frustrating..... I guess the ETA is still looking like 11/3.

    Ordered placed on Oct 14th. Delivery estimate Nov 7th. Status "In Production"

    They changed their statuses in the US. Now there are only 3. "Confirmed" basically is all of the production statuses rolled into one.
    I heard that you can call and find out the specific status but that has not been confirmed.

    I just nearly had a heart attack when logging in to to check on my order:

    Seems like a mistake to me as the date hasn't changed and it just seems like someone has accidentally replaced "IN PRODUCTION" with "SHIPPED" and it's there twice. I also signed up for an update when it ships and didn't get anything.

    Anyone else seeing something strange on their orders?

    Any idea why Purolator indicates USA and up above it seems to be coming from Etobicoke? I'm guessing they are assembled in the states. Sent from USA to Ontario (Etobicoke) and then to Montreal. Could be quite a journey!
