Hey guys, so basically the title is it, I was having problems with my 15R1 (NOT EQUAL blah blah error) so I decided to do a fresh install. Everything is working well, but it will not shut off. It goes through the sequence, but in the end the lights still are on (I actually haven't installed the commander 4.0 yet, figured i didn't need it). Any and all help would be great. So far every time I am forced to hold down the power point for it to actually turn off..

can be the HDD cable ... that was causing my problem ... the hdd didnt want to shot down ...
when all is off unless the light ... look at the indicator leds and press the power button, look if the indicator led for the hdd bleed when you press power button
you can try using alcohol on the hdd cable connectors if that is the case
