So I did some tweaking and I installed the current drivers onto the laptop, I will do a step by step tutorial on how to do it.
1. Download newest drivers.
2. Extract the drivers.
3. Navigate to Display.Driver>nvcvi.inf
4. Open it as a text file
5. Locate this section in the file:
[Manufacturer]
%NVIDIA_A% = NVIDIA_Devices,NTamd64.10.0,NTamd64.10.0...14310
6. paste this line within that section (1070 owners only!!!)
%NVIDIA_DEV.1BA1.0771.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1BA1&SUBSYS_07711028
7 Save the file.
8 Click start>settings>update and security>recovery>restart now.
9 Once rebooted click- troubleshoot>advanced options>startup settings>restart.
10 computer will restart. Click 7)Disable driver signature enforcement.
11. Windows will boot up. Go to your extracted nVidia folder and run setup. A warning will pop up and click install this driver anyways.
12 Congratulations you now may play Battlefiled one a day early!!!!

Looks like this wont be necessary anymore. The latest Nvidia drivers that came out last night work just fine now.
