Some of the drivers off of Dell's support website, such as the realtek audio drivers, are having trouble installing.
This is the initial window which pops up when I attempt to install it:

When I click on Install, this comes up:

Retrying doesn't work, and clicking on View Installation Log gives me this:

Which is basically saying that it can't find the file it extracted. This is confirmed when I click "Extract" instead of "Install," and the folder which it should have extracted to ends up being empty.
Some of the drivers on Dell's website work, and some of them don't. Using a variety of compatibility settings and running as administrator did not help. Do you have any advice on what I could try?

Extract it using 7-zip or WinRAR or similar software.

Are you extracting on the C: drive?
Have found that for some reason some dell drivers only extract on that drive

I tried moving the driver .exe to the C: drive and extracting to the C: drive, but that didn't work, either :(

Unfortunately, it's an .exe file, not a .zip or .rar file.

I have all my drivers under D drive. After extracting ( assuming you used Extract to *.*) it will be in a folder and from there find Setup.exe and double click the file to run it.

Odd, I have a complete set of the drivers here, and haven't had a problem extracting anything. You sure it isn't something localized to your machine? Permissions maybe?
