Does anyone knows which key should I hold to force system to flash from USB When system is dead?
I tried END key that works in AW17.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    I look everywhere.

You could try and pull the CMOS battery / wire, disconnect the main battery, and then do a power drain.
I'm not saying this will for sure fix this issue but it has been known to fix some BIOS flash fails.
Do you have more details on the failure? What exactly happened?

Just in case, here's a video on how to perform a power drain on the 17 R3 (works on the 15 R3 as well)
(Not to brag, but this one is voiced by yours truly).

Hi, thank you for your reply, I just get my new system I was paly with it and I saw my Bois 1.5 and tried to updated to 1.12. I run the update and reboot the system strat to flash and in the middle of flash system go black and stock like that for while. Shutdown by force and once I turn it on system stock in black and 7 beeps of dead.
I tried removed the battery connection and did the motherboard rest and hold END and connect cable system won't power up. Power+End will turn on the system but won't do anything.(Note: I extract the flash file copy it on flash drive and connected to USB).
