Anyone else have blue screen of death after waking up computer from sleep? I have been having it more consistent now with various different error codes sometimes IRQ fault. I was also having Intel display driver crashing but has seem to gone away after playing with intel and NVidia graphic drivers. I have got into the habit of shutting down computer when putting it away but is a major PITA. I am going to run a memtest to see if it comes up with any memory errors. If anyone else is getting this let me know!

EDIT: I have learned this issue could be related to Killer network suite + Installed Antvirus (bitdefender). Things I will try is running memtest and completely removing all traces of killer suite/drivers and bitdefender and seeing if issue persist.

So you really mean a blue screen (BSOD), or do you get a black screen and total freeze?

Yes a real BSOD. "Your computer has encountered an error" with sad face.

I used to get the black screen / freeze after waking up from sleep and/or screen saver....

I've now disabled my screen saver and it seems to be fine....sucks though...Is this a NVIDIA driver issue or the Intel Driver?

Did you download the latest intel and NVidia drivers from alienware support page? They just released a new NVidia driver on 3/12/16 I believe. Also make sure your chipset drivers are updated. Before installing the new drivers be sure to remove drivers through control panel AND device manager ( check box uninstall device software ).

I have fixed my issue after installing latest killer AC, and NVidia drivers from alienware support page. I did a clean install of drivers and removed bitdefender. I have not had a BSOD yet after sleep.
