    Alienware 15 AlienFX Problem

    Hey guys, out of nowhere my AlienFX wouldn't respond when I tried to turn it off using the keyboard shortcut (FN+F12); so I checked out the Alienware Command Center and whenever I tried changing colors this message pops up.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the newest Alienware Command Center program and it still wouldn't work, I also tried making a new theme and only the colors still wouldn't change, any suggestions?

    same prob here, this happened after I had a tech switch out the old motherboard. The lights still go on, but I can't set it to a new profile or color sequence.

    I've tried reinstalling the command center; still couldn't fix it, last resort would be to reformat the laptop

    I forgot to mention; I'm running Windows 10 64bit if that helps, with the latest version of Alienware Command Center 4.0.54
