Hey guys, so I was carrying some books around my room and one fell on my "P" key. It popped out and when i went to check out the back I noticed one of the tabs on it broke on the back of the P key. I was wondering how should I go about getting a replacement. Thanks

Do you have accidental damage protection? If yes claim it.
If not, do you have regular warranty? If yes, take the laptop to an authorized Dell service center because replacing the keyboard yourself will void the warranty. If no warranty, buy a spare and replace it yourself.

Should be an easy job if you can find a replacement keyboard.
Do a google search, you should be able to find a few sellers relatively easily.

Except directly from Dell, a replacement keyboard is gonna be hard to find for the new models. One reason is because they are relatively new and another is that the keyboard is now part of the entire top assembly that includes the power board and trackpad. I'm sure the keyboard can still be removed, but if you look for a replacement, it's gonna probably include the entire assembly. Best bet is to call Dell and see if it can be replaced under warranty, or try to find a replacement key like rinneh suggested but try laptopkey.com as well.
