    Alienware 13... 1080p or 1440p? 720p downscaled gaming on 13"?

    Just wondering what the prevailing opinion is on the Alienware 13 as far as 1080p vs. 1440p. I've heard the 1080p screen on the Alienware 15 has serious issues... is this the same for the 13? Is the lower-res screen especially lower quality than the higher-res one?

    On the 1440p screen... does anyone game at 720p? I don't imagine it'd look too terrible on the 13" display, considering its' small size... plus it'd make the 960M fly. Does this work alright or no?

    The same issue doesn't apply to the 13. I haven't tested personally the gaming on 1440p running at 720p. Perhaps another user that has this config will chime in soon :)

    Will we get the same quality with native 1080p comparing to downscale 1080p?
    assuming that it is the same panel type and etc.

    The 1080p at native will look clearer than the 1440p scaled down to 1080p. The 1440p will look better at than the 1080p at true 720p (1280x720).
