On my old laptop computer, I can type accent e by holding down FN and ALT keys and press 1, 3, and 0 # keys.

I know that there are many ways you can type accent e using Google, but I wanted to know if there is a way to type accent e using the Alienware 13 laptop keyboard?

    Thanks in advance.

    Alt + 0233 and you get é
alt + 0234 and you get ê (numlock needs to be on for this one)
    alt + 0235 and you get ë

in the future if you wanna know more about other accents, bring load "character map" program and find it yourself.

AW13 doesn't have a keypad, so these combinations don't really work.

You could lso try changing the keyboard layout on the language bar to Spanish (or the language you need) when you need to use accents and such.

Oh well, I guess I could fall back to using the character map. Thanks for the answer, shame that AW13 doesn't support ALT+number symbol insertions.

The best way of doing it is by adding the keyboard layout you need, like @Alienware-L_Porras said, in Control Panel and switch between them with ALT+SHIFT whenever you need.
