sad to see cases like these, i cant blame the engineers, they are not given proper training from wipro / TVS / HCL for that matter, DELL is to blame, its a PAN india operation, so its gonnna be a tough call.. But Yes they also charge premium for this product with a hefty taxes, so customer should be treated with proper rights.. You can straight go to consumer court and file a complaint once this COVID things are over, depends on your luck, i filed a case and it took 6 months and hundreds of emails to get a Third 15R3 System, Gather Evidence, Dont talk to L2 or L3 Tech Support, ask them to escalate to higher officials and hope for the best.. i hardly use any of my alienware systems, even if it gets repaired i buy it from parts people and aseemble it myself.. if u dont have experience lots of posts are there where people did manually open their laptop and repasted and modded.. its on ur own risk tho..

my bad its 15R2, 15R1 twice, and a R2 once, along with 15 motherboard replacement happend within a span of 1 year, which was mind blowing, and now the 16th one on the way with BreakFix, i have two other laptop, ASUS ROG Strix SCAR II, i kinda dislike the keyboard of asus and the build quality, but to be honest its always on 90+C on cpus, but never once it did BDPROC.. atleast triggered fully, i saw reviews of AMD 4800H and 4900HS, good ones..waiting for new models..
