    Just updated, stable enough to boot so that's a good sign. There's also a chipset driver available as well.

    That's always a good start. I haven't seen any adverse 13r3 bios update issues regarding bios update. To much anyway especially compared the the 15/17 bios updates that all seem to cause more harm than good.

    Probably a new panel they are starting to use as the OLED becomes finally discontinued.
