    Good morning,
    I need your help... I received only yesterday my wonderful OLED R3 and today I re-did the installation from scratch of the OS but when I was installing the drivers I did also the firmware upgrade and after the reboot the system stuck.
    Now if I power it on, I can hear the bip, the keyboard is lighted and also the Alienware logo but it doesn't go ahead.


    There is any way to recover it?
