    ok, this has been a horrible experience with the 13 r2. i sure hope alienware improve the quality of their products soon. i was very happy with my m14x r2 (my very first alienware) and it still works great and never had any issues with it. but with the 13, it's already had its motherboard replaced once, and now, out of no where, i get cpu issues (indicated by 7 loud ass beeps when you try to power on the laptop). this is just ridiculous.

    dammm bad for you, but nice to know that Dell warranty is the best of the best. They will replace you the mainboard. I suggest you to change by your own the stock thermal paste with something more better, like Thermal grizzly kryonautic, is easy to apply
