Hi Everyone, Since I have a Alienware 15 with the 4K Screen I thought to make a link for anyone who might run into issues due to scaling. As I bought my machine with the want to run Photoshop and Illustrator specifically, and found that there was an issue with scaling, I figured this would be a good place to add information.

I found a great link that deals with this issue with Windows in general,

    http://www.danantonielli.com/adobe-app-scaling-on-high-dpi-displays-fix/

its not really a Alienware specific problem, but I am sure there can be others like me where this is indeed our first 4k screen and/or laptop.

This blog link did help me solve the problem.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm sure it'll help many folks who do the same as you do on your Alienware.

Another Scaling Issue is for Netbeans 8, which I use for PHP

    Open C:\Program Files\NetBeans 8.0\etc\netbeans.conf

    Change -J-Dsun.java2d.dpiaware=true to -J-Dsun.java2d.dpiaware=false
