Hi guys, im having some bugs/problems on my AW15R3...if anyone knows how to fix it would be great:
1) Recently, my Tobii Eye stop working... It loads with windows, but it keeps " CONNECTING", so it doesnt work. I cant enable/disable, change configs, etc.
As you guys see, im connected in my internet. I already tried to remove and install again, but the problem persists.
2) Second bug/problem >> This one happens sometimes, other times not....but almost every time.
Whenever i start my computer, after appearing the desktop area, a black screen appears and my mouse icon changes to "loading". Then, when i double click, it gives me the message: " NVIDIA SHARE IT NOT RESPONDING".
I haave to wait about 1-2minutes, then it comes back normally. Anyone knows how to fix it?
3) Last bug: sometimes my keyboard lights comes off. I have to enter AW command center, change any light color and it lights on all over again. It is a minor/little bug, but if i have ways to fix it, nice.
Thanks for the help with these 3 little bugs. Thanks

As soon as I got my system it did weird things also. I used the Windows Reset/Refresh and the system is now perfectly fine. For me the keyboard would have a severe delay on key presses. It also did it with an external monitor, so I knew something was up. I used the windows 10 reset option and once completed updated everything to the newest drivers from the website, including the BIOS drivers. Might be worth a try for you.

For first problem:Try complete uninstall of Tobii SW using Revo or Similar SW. Clean temp files using CCleaner or BleachBit. As for second issue: My guess is you upgrade from Threshold to Anniversary Update ie. 10586 to 14393. It can be solved by Clean Install of Anniversary edition ISO. Third issue is true sometimes on clean installed systems even I've problems where one set of lights won't turn on sometimes and after launching AW CC it usually fixes it.

if i just unistall tobii via control panel wont work? what else should i unistall?

There is a free (trial) software called Revo Uninstaller (i think there are other similar ones too). What it does is not only uninstall the program, but removes all traces of it from the registry and temp files. A normal uninstall in control panel does not do this, and this is where problem occur in some cases. -
Reboots are necessary unless you came from a Linux OS which can hot patched on the fly for applying drivers and updates w/o requiring reboots. Download link for Revo uninstaller Free
As for uninstalling NVidia or AMD GPU driver use DDU in Safe mode.
