    Hi,

Just short, how do I do a factory reset of my AW15 R3 (7700HQ, Windows 10)?

    Thanks

    There are 2 ways:
    1. Burn Windows to usb drive and do a clean install
    2. Boot into recovery mode in windows and click on reset option and check remove all files and folders option
    I prefer the first method.

Yup, the first method is what I prefer as well. You can do a google search for Windows Media Creation Tool and it should lead you to Microsofts website. It'll have directions there on how to create a bootable USB Drive for Windows 10.

    Hi Rasmus,

You can follow the steps suggested above. Also here is an article from our support site that might be useful.
