I've been having issues with the wireless from day 1, it would disconnect during heavy downloads e.g. from Steam.

I now did a system reset and everything is fine (100% sure, did some heavy testing).
Driver version is 1.1.54.122, bandwidth control is disabled.
    Windows 10 version 1511 build 10586.0

I had this problem out of the box with my 15 R2 that i've had for about two weeks. What I did was just limit the bandwidth Steam was allowed to use, I only had to limit it for one download, then I turned the limit off and the wifi has been fine since.

I had the same issue with A15R1. Happened on drivers from killer website (drivers from 14 DEC). Switching off bandwith control fix this. But on previous version of driver (from NOV) I had no issue. Maybe new version will fix this. Generally Killer drivers are not as stable as I would like them to be...

I seem to be OK on the latest Killer drivers but with the Killer Suite uninstalled. Driver version is 12.0.0.191.

I tried unchecking Bandwidth Control while I had the software installed but I still stalled out on large Steam downloads.

I still have problems with the Killer card after doing all the things described above. At least in Germany, Alienware now sells their notebooks only with an Intel 8260AC Wireless Card. I will give them a call and ask for a replacement, since the connection problems are really frustrating.
PS: it works now better after removing the killer suite and only installing the wifi driver, however, it is not perfect (only small drop-out so far).

no problems whatsoever with the latest drivers from the dell website (1.1.56.1236), bandwidth control off and max throughput mode.

I called Dell today, they will send me a replacement wifi card. I will swap the cards on the weekend and let you know if that helped.

Wow, so the software solution I suggested didn't work for you?

Edit: funny my wifi failed 5 minutes after I posted that comment... I guess will need to get in touch with Dell too.

The version of the Killer Suite I installed had not option for Bandwidth Control (I cant remember where I got the software from). Since this was my fourth installation of the Killer Suite, I removed it completely and only installed the wifi drivers. This works now better than the stock installation, however, I get like you random disconnections. Sometimes I even have to reboot my notebook.

Awesome, I will try to poke around the drivers one more time. I guess if worse comes to worse we can throw that card out and get an intel 8260 instead.

Did you get that replacement card? Still getting disconnected occasionally which is obviously annoying.

Call up Dell and get a replacement card. The Killer drivers/software is just awful. I've tried everything and still get random disconnects. Dell is sending me the Intel card.

Just purchased my new Alienware tonight. I turned off the sleep settings on the wifi card and disabled bandwidth control. No issues in the first 5 hours of use. Sorry to hear you guys are having trouble.

Yes I did. They send me again the Killer card, which has the same problems as the old one. I asked now for an Intel card, hopefully they reply tomorrow.

I have the whole suite installed right now. But if you want to install the drivers only you have to do it through Device Manager (Right-click wireless adapter-->Update Driver Software-->Browse my computer for driver software-->Point to the folder where you downloaded the drivers).

    BTW, release notes are here:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/killer-performance-suite-1-1-57-1677.787243/

Most interesting is that the wireless disconnects specifically for Skylake AW 15R2 and 17R3 may have been in part addressed:

    Killer Wireless
    • Updated to latest Wifi drivers for Win10 to address Wireless Disconnect issue in some Skylake based platforms.

You linked to the ethernet drivers ;) at least they show up if I click on the link. The wireless drivers can be found here
    http://www.killernetworking.com/support/Killer-Ethernet-Wireless_INF.zip

EDIT: whops, my bad. The wireless drivers are just labelled wrong... I guess for the Killer 1335, we should install from the folder 'k11acw10'?
EDIT: I cant install the driver without killer features. I did it over the device manager, no luck.

Yes, (judging from the inf file at least) it would be the k11acw10 folder for the 1535.

So you couldn't update the driver from that folder? Hmm, maybe the download is missing driver files?

TBH I'd try to install the drivers only but I don't want to mess with the full install at this point. Have done a couple of large Steam downloads with the Killer Network Manager fully installed and so far so good. Maybe I can even actually get this Doubleshot Pro stuff to work *gasp*.

I downloaded it twice, don't know what the Problem is. I installed the complete Killer Suite now and will report back if that solved the problem.

We've released a new driver to resolve this issue the software is available here:
    http://www.killernetworking.com/support/driver-downloads/item/killer-suite

We have a INF package available upon request here:
    www.killernetworking.com/images/support/Killer-Ethernet-Wireless_INF.zip

You can then follow the Knowledge base article on our website titled 'Installing drivers without Killer feature set' here:
    http://www.killernetworking.com/support/knowledge-base/10-installation

Please let us know if the issue persists after updating.

We appreciate your patient with this.

The newest drivers for Wireless 1535 isn't in that standalone INF file. Could you please reupload?

With the 2 last drivers, i face the issue of "killer service offline". It seems that either the killer service v2 won't run at boot, or it stops for some reason. Has anyone faced the same?

update. the service seems to stop when i connect to a wireless network.

It would be in the k11acw folder , and the appropriate OS as well.

So far the new driver works really well for me. No dropouts, even while downloading large files.
