    i can't find any issue .... the only one is that said that have raid 0 available but is not true :S

    Looking at A00 for the 17R3, it should support RAID, it's all in there, but the R2 A06 still doesn't.

    Succesfully flashed the firmware. Going to test the performance later. Kinda scared when the fans started to blow full force during the update process.

    That is normal behavior for every BIOS flashing on this machines

    i guess, i never flashed on these machines yet. I just remembered the bricked machines with fans spinning at full speed.

    edit: just tested it with gaming, the machine doesnt seem to be really louder. But it does feel a little bit more cooled when doing light productivity. The palmrest heats up less. I am running a Geforce 970 though and it seems that these models have less issues to begint with compared to the 980 version.
